Construct interior finish including secure office spaces, partitions and wall finish, floor and ceiling finish, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical power and lighting, fire detection, and related work for two new buildings at the Operations Area. Some materials will be Government Furnished Materials (GFM). This solicitation is expected to be in the $25,000 to $100,000 range.

Install new Forced Entry and Bullet Resisting (FEBR) windows in two buildings at the Operations Area. The new security rated windows will be Government Furnished Materials (GFM). This solicitation is expected to be in the $ 10,000 to $50,000 range.

Replace air conditioning equipment for the Transmitter and Administration Building at the Operations Area. Some materials including the new air conditioning equipment will be Government Furnished Materials (GFM). This solicitation is expected to be in the $ 10,000 to $50,000 range.

All the above work is located at the IBB Transmitting Station, located near Iranawila, Chilaw, Sri Lanka.
