Organized by The Creative House, ArtWalk 2010 will be held for the third consecutive year on the 20th of August at The Warehouse Project from 7.30pm onwards. An audience of 600 is expected at the event.

ArtWalk is a production that exhibits a fusion of art on the catwalk. In essence fashion is being used as a medium to communicate diverse creative expression to the public. Photography, sculpture, dance, painting, fashion & graphic design, amongst others, will all be used to address some of the pertinent issues currently faced in Sri Lanka.The concept for ArtWalk 2010 is derived and adapted from the idea behind a jigsaw puzzle. The production will focus on bringing together very different types of artistic talents, forms and personalities. Our aim is to illustrate how the different artistic styles can fit together to yield a much more powerful creative product.
